How to Fight Temptation Successfully

Bingeing: Complex Temptations

Additional Complexity
There can be even more complexity to what is going on in our mind that leads to bingeing. There may be multiple and diverse temptations which can confuse and may bypass our determination so that it becomes more challenging to control the temptation.
It may be that you will find yourself thinking something like "I can't be bothered to fight this temptation" or "Actually, I want to do this." These are just sneeky temptations that, if you give in to them, are likely to lead to your old bingeing behaviour.
Use 'No Temptation!'
You can use 'No Temptation!' without specifying what the individual temptations are but you must be forceful. Keep repeating 'No Temptation!' again and again ten times in a row, within your mind or out loud. If you are on your own, shake your fists or stamp your feet as you to make your feedback to your Automatic Mind as clear and unmistakable as you can.
Even if you know that you are far-gone into your bingeing you can still use the forceful version of 'No Temptation!' or 'No More Temptation!"
